I have 19 Years of experience in the United States Army Reserve, working as a Sergeant, a Squad Leader, a Construction Foreman, and an Administrator. My education is in Economics, with logistics, leadership, and Human Resources experience across the private sector and my military career. I am seeking full time employment that puts both of those fields together and utilizes my analytical mindset. As Office Manager, I have managed staff while supporting executives, written lasting policy and procedures, trained and developed subordinates, and provided amazing customer service. As Human Resources Manage, I created an Employee Handbook, customized Job Descriptions, and administered a system for onboarding and training new employees. As a Retail Manager, I have managed sales departments, led a team of 100 cashiers and assistant managers/supervisors, and monitored the operations of an daily revenue big box retailer. I have owned my departments’ KPIs, monitored Profit and Loss (P&L) statements. My leadership philosophy is to recognize the importance of my employees and Soldiers, and at all times to focus on three priorities: 1) Safety, 2) Training and Development, and 3) Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Assault. The safety and well-being of all peers, subordinates and leaders is paramount. All assignments or tasks are an opportunity to teach and train. There is no place for Sexual Harassment or Assault, at any level, in any situation, period.
