I´m a driven and business-minded leader with deep technical and financial knowledge. I deliver most value to an organization where I can utilize my broad experience and leverage my energy and wide skill-set. My work experience can be split in three parts: 1. Executive management 2009-> 2. Operations management 2001-2009 3. Project management and technical development 1995-2001 I have an excellent ability to gain trust from customers and partners, with a proven track record of - growing existing business - starting new business units - starting up new business relationships - performing successful break-ins for new customers and services. I am an enthusiastic entrepreneur with a wide experience in buying and selling technical and full turn-key services as a contractor. I have a deep understanding of all stages in the process of building network infrastructure based upon my experience from building different kinds of communications infrastructure as well as power infrastructure. I have built up extensive knowledge when working for many years with change and growth in project-oriented companies and organizations. I have managed several M&A transactions in all aspects from initial negotiation to integration after closing.
