I previously led HB's National Labor and Employment Practice Group, and am now the Chair of the firm's Practice Group Leaders. I have significant experience as a litigator in state and federal courts, and frequently represent clients in claims, investigations, and proceedings before various state and federal administrative agencies. I help clients draft and enforce policies, employment contracts, and restrictive covenants (including non-compete and non-solicitation agreements), and work with companies to navigate the complex labor and employment issues involved in corporate transactions.
