About Erik Hoolt

For most people doing projects can be a stressful situation. There are numerous objectives and interests from business and personal perspective. I know from years of experience that it is tough to navigate around those and still realize a good result. My passion is to help organizations and the people within these organizations navigate throughout this journey. I do this by giving the project team insight into the importance and impact for the client. Looking at the project from a client perspective is an eye-opener for many, which is important to be able to jointly reach the project goals. The people are the most valuable assets for a company, so making sure you understand their needs and stakes into the project increases the success rate for the project. For me it is important to ensure a healthy balance between the interests of the client, the people and Avanade. I do that based on caring, trust, honesty and transparency. Besides my day job I am also board member and volunteer at a charity (Stichting Groot Hart) where I am given the opportunity to do something good for society and in this case children with a severe illness or physical disorder. I have a strong believe that we can all make this world a better place if we care for each other professionally or personally.
