I am a Sergeant (Special Constable) with the Community Safety Unit of Toronto Community Housing, where I support the Violence Reduction Program. With over 30 years of experience in protective services, I have developed a diverse set of skills and credentials in law enforcement, medical response, and physical security. As an ASIS "Triple Crown"(holding the Certified Protection Professional, Physical Security Professional and Professional Certified Investigator designations) along with the Master Security Instructor, Certified in Security Supervision and Management, Certified Protection Officer Instructor and Certified Protection Officer designations from the IFPO, I have demonstrated my expertise and commitment to the highest standards of the profession. I am also a board-certified Tactical Paramedic and a Provincially certified Flight Paramedic, bringing a unique blend of medical knowledge and skills to my role. I enjoy leading and mentoring teams, devising comprehensive security solutions, and fostering secure and healthy communities. My passion lies in making a positive impact on people's lives, safeguarding their well-being, and enhancing their quality of life.
