As a Software Training Consultant at Modernizing Medicine, I leverage my Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) credential and my extensive experience in clinical operations and software education to help ophthalmology practices adopt and optimize their electronic health record (EHR) systems. For over four years, I have been leading successful EHR implementations for key and strategic and enterprise clients, delivering customized training sessions, providing ongoing support and guidance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. I have also contributed to the development and improvement of the training curriculum, materials, and best practices, as well as the mentoring and coaching of new hires. My mission is to empower ophthalmology practices to enhance their efficiency, productivity, and quality of care by using solutions offered by Modernizing Medicine. I am passionate about learning and sharing my knowledge and expertise in the field of EHR and ophthalmology, and I enjoy working with a collaborative and supportive team that strives for excellence and innovation.
