My current job position is Governance Manager for Documents & Identities Domain in Hitachi Energy Master Data. Full time since January 1, 2019. Before that I worked in parallel in business and my global Master Data role. I take responsibility for my work, and I’m committed and passionate about standardization, harmonization, and ease of use of comply with Master Data within processes and tools. Data quality and getting it right from the start to add business value is a key goal. Collaborating and supporting business to follow basic principles and rules (best practices) and to achieve seamless exchange of objects and data through their lifecycles. During my 37 years (ASEA-ABB-Hitachi Energy) I have worked in various areas/profession: − Master Data Governance Manager (Specialist) − Document and Template Management − Production Engineering − Relay Tester I have worked with the following in parallel with Document and Template Management: − Configuration and Requirements Management − Product Lifecycle Management I have two decades of experience in the area of Document and Template Management in local and company global positions. At current, continuing in this area as Master Data Governance Manager for the Document & Identities Domain in Hitachi Energy. Within this domain I manage applicable company documentation regarding principles and rules, ensuring that we comply with applicable International Standards as far as such exist. One of the key contributors when we accomplished to implement and rollout Company Wide solutions for Document Management and Template Management (attempts had been done in the past but not succeeded). All being Master Data compliant with metadata setup and ensuring synchronization of metadata between tools and documents as the documents progress through the lifecycle. The goal is to bring focus on the importance of Document Quality to consciousness of all employees. The Hitachi Energy solutions are based on: − Document Management based on OpenText, ECM platform. − Template Management for O365 based on Templafy solutions. During the carveout of Hitachi Energy from ABB, I worked closely with Brand and Legal to ensure that applicable requirements were implemented during the in document templates and email signature (supported by Templafy tools).
