I am the Norther California market leader for the Ensign group. I assist the management of 6 skilled nursing facilities as well as act as the licensed administrator at Broadway Villa Post Acute and Rehab. BVPA is a 144 bed skilled nursing facility in Sonoma, CA, it is the largest SNF in Sonoma, CA and is rated 5 star with CMS.gov. We offer short term rehabilitation as well as long term custodial patient care and have special memory care programs for dementia and Alzheimer's patients. I currently have full responsibility for the daily operations, financial P&L results, regulatory standards, marketing/ public relations, and employee management. My pervious career has been in sales and marketing with 10+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience. I am accomplished in developing business strategies, executing sales goals and delivering effective solutions to meet customer needs in the healthcare field. I am an effective communicator with strong leadership abilities and a business owner mentality. I have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing driven by a strong desire to develop long term relationships with customers and a desire to build trust in company and product lines. Therapeutic selling experience: Urology, Cardiology, Psychiatry, Antibiotics, Respiratory, and Migraine therapy.
