About Erik Peddle

As the Managing Partner of Renovar Construction, I build relationships over profits. I oversee the delivery of high-quality new construction, renovation and remodeling services for residential and commercial properties. With over 15 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, I have developed core competencies in project management, business development, financial analysis, and team building. I am also a licensed general contractor and a real estate broker, with a passion for investing in single and multifamily properties that generate positive cash flow and social impact. In addition to my role at Renovar Construction, I am the founder and principal of Resolute Investments, a company that partners with like-minded groups to secure multifamily deals in select US markets, and leverages the industry for radical generosity. I have also served as an advisor for Dwell Communities, a company that creates affordable housing solutions for low-income families. I have a Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary, and a certificate in Christian leadership from Re:Train. I am also the president of Freedom Now Movement, a non-profit organization that empowers people to live in freedom and purpose. My mission is to use my skills and expertise to create value for my clients, partners, and community, and to glorify God through my work. I am always eager to learn new things, collaborate with others, and take on new challenges.
