I’m a motivated professional with a strong foundation in hands-on IT support, infrastructure, and asset management — now actively looking to transition into a full-time role in the IT field. While I currently serve as an Associate Project Manager, my most rewarding work has involved troubleshooting desktops, managing IT equipment and moves, training junior techs, and building home labs for hands-on learning. I’ve supported move projects for 2,500+ users, improved IT asset tracking processes, and worked across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. I’m seeking an opportunity where I can grow into a more technical role — such as IT Support, Desktop Support, or Infrastructure Tech — and contribute my project coordination background, problem-solving skills, and real-world tech experience to a collaborative IT team. Long-term, I’m working toward becoming an IT Manager focused on infrastructure and operational excellence.
