I am an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. I have previously been given the opportunity to experience a lot of traveling which has made me open-minded and highly skilled in collaborating with others to achieve clear objectives efficiently and with high quality. In my current role as Consultant Manager, my primary focus is interim management, where I specialize in supporting organizations by providing qualified interim managers and specialists. Additionally, I also work with recruitment and staffing of consultants across various fields. For me, successful recruitment and consultancy solutions involve looking beyond a candidate’s resume to truly understand the person behind it. I place great emphasis on identifying the candidate’s development potential, ambitions, and values, ensuring these align closely with the employer’s organizational culture.
