About Erik Rodriguez

Knowledgeable digital leader, coordinator and strategist. Expert in operational management, procedural business communications, and the technical services process. Throughout my IT career, I've created and harnessed a vast array of effective prototype initiatives with a consistent record of success. As a result, I profitably leveraged a multitude of Fortune 500 clients while driving new solution bookings and ensuring consistent increases in opportunity generation. I’ve worn many hats in my career – Director, Supervisor, Team Lead, Sales Specialist, Consultant, Services Manager and Corporate Coordinator. As a result, I have a unique ability to navigate complex challenges and to manage multi-disciplinary projects. However, actual experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following- I’ve been in the customer service field since the advent of the modern internet- I’m a multi-linguist of technology-driven business. I speak fluent geek, consultant, trainer, salesperson and disgruntled client. Understanding means fewer missteps, and missteps cost a fortune- I have a plethora of HUGE ideas- Many individuals have HUGE ideas. Execution is what matters, and I personify execution- I don’t care who gets credit. I just want to win- If my right and left brain lobes were the hands at the end of my arms, I’d be considered ambidextrous- I’m the composed one- I run directly toward fires. I love making new professional acquaintances, so please reach out if you want to talk technology, business or science. Specialties: operational management, creative direction, communications, education and employee development, professional solution services and new campaign creation & execution.
