About Erik Rowbotham

Experienced in the consulting, financial services, and sports management industries, I am a change leader who combines programme, project, technology, and product management with an academic background in business, accounting, and sports directorship. I have a open and empathy-centred leadership approach, having led large multi-skilled teams working with internal, client, and third-party stakeholders at all levels. I apply methodical resource, scope, and financial planning, senior stakeholder management, and governance best practices to deliver successful outcomes. As the Regulation & Compliance Practice Lead at NextWave-Infinium, an automation & data consulting firm with a purpose, I enable progressive clients, technology platforms, and service partners, to be more effective, agile, and safe, through use of the latest technologies and ways of working. I am also passionate about mentoring and coaching professionally and within sport. Formerly a Non-Executive Director (NED) at ArcheryGB (the National Governing Body (NGB) of Archery in Great Britain & Northern Ireland) where I sat on the 'Audit & Risk' committee and latterly the 'Nomination & Remuneration' committee. I am open to a new non-executive director role with a sports or sport technology organisation.
