About Erik Rydzewski

My name is Erik Rydzewski and have a vast array of experiences that include supply chain, project/program management, marketing, manufacturing, and engineering. Using my expertise in these areas I have successfully led and supported projects from inception, through development, all the way to product sunset. That diverse experience has allowed me to lead many cross-functional initiatives, identifying potential areas of conflict and constructively resolving them allowing the teams to execute with quality and speed. Take great satisfaction in leveraging my diverse experiences to help fellow team members understand the larger picture, and how all the different pieces work together. With the speed at which technology and market dynamics are changing, firmly believe that ability to understand a company’s entire value chain is becoming more critical. While I have developed very strong analytical skills, that ability is only useful when using interpersonal skills to achieve organizational alignment. To borrow a quote, “none of us is as smart as all of us.” That is the type of leadership that I strive to provide every day, and the type of leaders I will always look to serve.
