With 21 years of experience in the Issuer Financial Services Industry, I am a seasoned Go-To Market Leader in the Commercial Payments ecosystem. My expertise spans product development and management, operational excellence, and key client consulting & implementation. I have successfully implemented and launched commercial payment solutions and platforms for key global customers in LATAM, Canada, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific, covering T&E, B2B, digital, and cross-border transactions. Additionally, I have supported Field Enablement teams, delivering skills-based and product training across sales and account development functions. In addition to my core competencies, I possess extensive experience in product management by maintaining the footprint, terms and conditions, benefits, and partnerships of commercial global products and frequently served as point of contact between Technology, Product Development (NPD), and Business lines, ensuring seamless integration, communication and delivery. As a liaison, I translate business requirements into product user stories, conduct impact assessments, support technical and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT), and manage post-launch triage activities. My experience includes the design and launch of go-to-market strategies, including marketing, communications, sales/operations training, operational excellence initiatives, budget control measures, and key account product and tech implementation.
