As the CEO of Black Vellum Signature Publishing Services, I leverage my 12+ years of experience in the publishing industry to provide authors with high-end services at affordable prices. I founded Black Vellum out of necessity, to empower authors to stay in control of their books throughout the entire publishing process. I guarantee quality, transparency, and flexibility, without any contracts or fine print. I am also a military brand ambassador for LIVV Headphones, a consumer electronics company that offers innovative and durable headphones for active lifestyles. I use my public speaking skills and my 16.5+ years of experience as a program analyst for the Department of Defense to highlight the benefits of LIVV products and to support their mission of enhancing performance and wellness. In addition, I am a non-profit leader and a published author, with a degree in Homeland Security and multiple certifications in military intelligence and space systems operations. I am passionate about sharing my story of overcoming the challenges of PTSD and transitioning to civilian life, and inspiring others to do the same.
