I'm a physician with dual specialisation in psychiatry and clinical pharmacology, currently working as Global Product Safety Science Lead at Sobi. With over two decades of experience in clinical medicine, academic research, and the pharmaceutical industry, I focus on the intersection of drug safety, human variability, and real-world impact.My career spans translational pharmacology, regulatory safety, pharmacovigilance strategy, and global cross-functional leadership. I’ve conducted and published research on CYP3A4 metabolism, P-glycoprotein interactions, and QTc interval effects, with a strong emphasis on pharmacokinetics and individualized therapy.I believe that drug safety isn’t just about compliance – it’s about clinical reality, ethical clarity and scientific rigour.
