Erik Spillmann has 19 years of experience in civil/transportation engineering, planning and design; although his areas of expertise include ITS design, communication systems, fiber optic design and traffic signal timing. Mr. Spillmann has provided various services to multiple clients throughout the State including FDOT (Districts, 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 & TPK); City’s (Orlando, Winterhaven, Punta Gorda, Homestead) and County’s (Charlotte, Manatee, Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Miami-Dade) in nearly all capacities from Field Technician to Project Manager. He is regularly involved with hands on ITS design, implementation and inspection; his intimate knowledge of ITS specifications and requirements has become an asset to each project he is assigned.
