About Erik Sureda

Growing up, many of us wonder how we will make our mark in society, give back to those who gave so much to us and pay it forward. Personally, my values have taught me the best ways to contribute is by continuing to learn, being thankful for every moment and helping others whenever possible. For me, my professional career has provided the opportunity to learn, grow and contribute every day. At the same time, it has made me thankful for the experiences that have taught me so much more than just how to manage expectations and relationships.Graduating college on the cusp of the 2008 financial crisis has made me appreciate the opportunity of starting my career with a company that I have helped grow over 350% to date even more. Being on the ground level, seeing the growth and having positions created within the company expanding my role and responsibilities is not what I expected in my first job out of college. Being passionate in anything you do in life is important. As I continue to learn and grow my goal is to pass along my passion and experiences that have helped define who I am today. As this is my first endeavor in social media, I truly look forward to connecting with friends, colleagues and business professionals who are like minded.
