About Erik Uglene

Welcome! My name is Erik, I work as a Business Development Manager for the Atlas Group. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to manage different divisions throughout Atlas. I've gained extensive experience in managing employees and customers, handling heavy equipment dispatch/operation, generating new business and serving as a safety officer. My enthusiasm for taking on challenges has led me to continuously learn and explore new areas. Presently, my primary responsibilities include growing business in several divisions, establishing a robust customer base and creating a healthy work environment for our employees. I take pride in having contributed to year-over-year sales growth since my debut at Atlas. Collaborating closely with construction firms, municipalities, and property management companies has provided me with an in-depth understanding of their requirements and expectations. Outside of work, my wife and I have a beautiful daughter, we enjoy spending time with family at the cabin and we frequently venture out of the city to relish the outdoors. I look forward to working with you.
