Background
About Erik van Kleef
I started my career in hospitality where I quickly learned that the customer experience and team happiness are key to any successful business. Over the years, I implemented this principle with the retail sector, demonstrating my proactive and compassionate personality. The positive reception from both MT and employees underscores my commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment… both as a business owner and as an managing employee.Looking for a new challenge, I transitioned from fashion to technology, confirming that my leadership style is transferable across fields. My long experience gave me the opportunity to challenge myself, fail often, learn from the best and lead the most talented. Eager to develop myself further, I made the jump to Merlin Entertainments and loving every second of it!InterestsFamily | Hiking | Movies | Understanding other cultures | Gardening | Organizing events | Running | Building LEGO | Smile | DIY | ReadingActivitiesActive platelet-donor | First-Aid and CPR responder | Mentor for retail startups | Parenting my 3 children | 10k Spartacus Run 2017
