About Erik Zingg

Throughout the years of my professional experience I have worked in a variety of environments. The one common thread being customer service. While all of the positions that I’ve held didn’t necessarily play into my interests I have excelled at giving the best effort in every facet of my job. My patience in a job setting is my top skill I believe as it has helped me to provide customer service to all varieties of people and situations. I have always strived to be a highly contributing member of any team I have become a part of in the workforce. This desire stems from my youth playing baseball and basketball. It was within these activities that I developed the skill of being a team member and leader. I have always tried to foster this type of environment in all job situations because the power of a fully functioning team is immeasurable. One thing I had to work on early on in my career was how to excel in the field of customer service as an introvert. I enjoy getting to know and learning about people and cultures so that helped fuel my coming out of my shyness. I, also, like people to feel like they are being helped and validated so that was another trigger to help me develop my skill of approaching and talking to people. This path has also helped me to coach others that have a similar level of shyness to break through that barrier and be comfortable in customer service. Rather than listing a droll set of jobs and experiences I felt it better to keep and short and sweet to summarize what I gained and contributed.
