I’m passionate about building fair, forward-thinking compensation strategies that drive performance, pay equity, and long-term success. Currently Chief Evangelist Officer at Allshares, I work at the intersection of technology, equity management, and strategic pay design-helping organizations navigate compensation, incentive planning, and workplace fairness in a changing world of work. Previously, I co-founded and led Novare Pay Consulting, Sweden’s leading executive compensation advisory, for nearly a decade. I’ve also advised global clients through roles at Aon Hewitt and McLagan in London. I'm a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council and a frequent contributor to media and industry forums on executive pay, equity incentives and gender equity.
