Over 25 years of dedicated experience have honed my core competencies in communication, problem-solving, and organization skills. At St. Cloud Norsemen, my mission is to ensure an exceptional community experience through meticulous housing management. My commitment aligns with our organizational culture of excellence and community engagement, and I thrive on bringing diverse perspectives to our esteemed team. Currently, I am the Event Specialist for Catholic Charities Diocese of St. Cloud. This role is more than just planning events, it offers fulfillment knowing that the funds raised from the events that I have a hand in planning is generating money into the St. Cloud area and the 16 other counties that we represent in Central MN and support 30 programs. My role plans events ranging from partnering with community businesses for fundraisers to our annual, biggest event Mardi Gras with over 600 people attending. Prior to Catholic Charities, I was the Associate Director of Events & Catering at the College of Saint Benedict, I led events to success by overseeing all financial operations, ensuring profitability, and fostering positive experiences. My role demanded a strategic blend of customer engagement, precise event planning, and effective team collaboration, skills that I've mastered and applied to elevate each event we hosted. With a degree in the Hospitality Management industry and extensive experience in event management and customer service, I bring strong emphasis on quality and results. My skills in budgeting, recruiting, and sales are complemented by a proven ability to cultivate relationships with clients to secure new and repeat business. I thrive in a fast-paced environments and excel at managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail I am eager to contribute my expertise in the hospitality industry to your team!
