About Erika Brito

I am a Strategy and Operations Manager with over 8 years of experience leading teams and structuring areas in highly complex environments. My career has spanned both large retailers and fast-growing startups, always focused on driving impact through efficiency, data, and people. Currently, at CloudKitchens, I lead the Centralized Operations area in Brazil, overseeing teams in S & OP, Customer Support, Onboarding, and Administrative-Finance functions. Beyond day-to-day management, I dedicate a large part of my time to strategic analyses, KPI development, and scenario planning for the company’s senior leadership, always aligning operations and strategy to drive business results. I am fully motivated by challenges: I enjoy managing crises, learning new things, and sharing knowledge. I have lived in different cities and states in Brazil for work and I see changes as opportunities for personal growth, not barriers. For me, results and people go hand in hand, and it is within this balance that I strive to operate.
