Erika is a quirky, fun, and hardworking person. She may get distracted at times with a good conversation but when she knows her stuff she can shine bright. May often appear reserved or quiet she just isn't feeling social. She is not trying to be rude but one can get tired when out of their element. Erika likes to be chatty people she knows when work is caught up, but can pull you through when it gets tough and tight though its not her preference. Erika is a person who needs some laughter, fun and a reason to smile at work. Whether it be greeting her and acknowledging her success day to day or friendly familiar faces to put her at ease when not feeling her best. She tries her best to accomplish what her boss or supervisors require but at times, its hard to focus when not asked to be done efficiently. She know her stuff she can get right to it, but if not given clear instructions or given time to process she will definitely approach with needing help accomplishing her tasks. She is a creative, sometimes overthinker, upside and backwards person, but when she's happy and successful in meeting minimal expectations, she can be a valuable person.
