About Erika Colby

As the current the CEO of Distilled Software and CEO (Chief Experience Officer) of Process Distillery, I am thrilled to bring a custom solution approach to our products that solve common operational problems with super simple out of the box micro apps and connectors. Taking a 360 degree view, I advise clients to approach all relationships; vendors, employees, management, customer and potential customer, with a thoughtful and intentional strategy to bring desired results. All are important for positive outcomes no matter where you are in your business journey or what your goal for your company is. Experiential Consulting allows me to be my best self and share my passion and vision with the world. As an expert in the fields of business management and leadership, my diverse background as a serial entrepreneur allows me a unique perspective. People will forget what you say and do, but never how you make them feel. With this in mind, I approach all work engagements and projects with the experience in mind. Whether a customer interaction, day to day business tasks, event management, business coaching, or even the smallest project, you can count on it being all about the experience. My journey with The Crafted Experience led me to my business partner and husband, Dan Colby. Together we own Process Distillery, a Business Strategy firm and Distilled Software, our sister company.
