Background
About Erika Dawson
With extensive multidisciplinary knowledge in Indigenous relations, environmental assessments, procurement, regulatory affairs, trends in energy policy, and Indigenous worldviews, I enable energy sector proponents to successfully engage in and complete projects on time, within budget with Indigenous Partnerships throughout a projects lifecycle. I use transparency, trust, and respectful cultural understanding and inclusion to develop and maintain meaningful, long-term relationships that allow for successful project engagement plans and development. I am an advocate for Indigenous procurement outreach and supplier diversity policies to support economic growth and capacity building in communities and I am passionate about the inclusion of Indigenous Ecological Knowledge within environmental assessments.
