Before accepting her current position, Erika worked as a Sales Associate at another prominent real estate firm. Before that, she was trained by one of the most prestigious luxury real estate companies in New York City. She marketed luxury homes for all estates and mediated negotiations between buyers, sellers, and renters. Earlier in her career, she worked as a sales and leasing agent for various prestigious properties, including selling high-end apartments in the Lower Manhattan area and as a leasing agent for Flamingo South Beach properties with over 1,600 apartment units in Miami Beach- FL. Before becoming a realtor, Erika worked in public relations, promoting some of the most prestigious clubs in Miami Beach, FL, where she built an impressive Rolodex of prominent community members and continues to maintain those relationships.
