Maintaining high levels of service and strong working relationships has been imperative to my success. I have been recognized by various parties for my considerations to specific consumer needs, including by the CEO of Pet Valu during a Nation-wide conference to more than people. I regularly perform a broad range of tasks including using Microsoft Word and Excel, produce content to market to key demographics and review analytics with various CRM systems. Using Skype and Teams, I frequently contribute to conference calls, provide weekly briefs to my superiors and take notes and dictations. With my passion for volunteer work, I plan, organize and host various in-store community fundraising events and act as a point of contact for internal and external customers and vendors. I procured a number of prizes from community sponsors by visiting numerous businesses and pitching our cause. Furthermore, I audit and input invoices, file and sort paperwork digitally and manually. I use Microsoft Outlook 365 and Cloud operating systems to maintain successful communication with superiors and share important information.
