I am a mortgage professional with 12+ years experience in many aspects of the industry which includes-Loan partner/ Loan officer assistant -Processing, including experience with TRID guidelines, FHA, VA and conventional loans -Underwriting subordinations -Title search, clearing liens and closing -Loan modification supervisor-HAMP, Bank of America and other investor loan modifications -Tax lien investments to include, REO property management and marketing I am always learning, growing and going above and beyond to be productive and contribute to the success of the company. I do this by- learning the company, it's systems, products and objectives - time management and organization - finding the most productive ways to meet team and company goals - helping team members and departments work together toward these goals - looking at the big picture and how all the pieces work together, and what my role is in that - providing superior customer service to those inside and outside of the organization My goal is to always be a subject matter expert and the person others go to with questions. I work well under pressure and when I have multiple job duties and responsibilities. I love being challenged, learning and growing.
