I have 30 years of experience working for the Department of Social and Health Services, Division of Child Support. I am certified in ITIL, Scrum, Project Management, and Lean Facilitation. Extensive experience researching law, regulation, policies, and ethical practices at all regulatory levels. Project Management experience handling several high-risk projects, including planning, organizing, and directing the work of others. Over ten years of experience in data analysis and interpreting data in terms of impacts to child support performance measures and state and federal guidelines. Demonstrated ability to solve problems working collaboratively and constructively with others, while encouraging creativity to develop solutions, and supporting innovative solutions. Substantial experience managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively while managing time requirements. Extensive experience in many aspects of Application Lifecycle Management: as a Business Analyst, a Testing Analyst, and as the Supervisor for the Quality Assurance Team, responsible for Testing and Release Management. Over ten years of experience in intergovernmental relations, as the single point of contact for all technical issues between the Division of Child Support and Children’s Administration, Department of Licensing, Employment Security, and all federally recognized Tribal Governments within Washington State.
