About Erika Jason

I bring nearly a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working across California in diverse settings including schools, homes, clinics, and communities. I began my career in Southern California, where I was trained in and provided Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), a play-based, child-led ABA approach that continues to inspire my work today.I’ve worked in Bay Area public schools as an RBT, providing 1:1 ABA services to students with IEPs.I continued working as an RBT in Sonoma Valley Unified School District, delivering individualized support to students with IEPs. I later stepped into a clinical leadership role, helping guide teams and strengthen service quality.I’m a Regional Coordinator for the Northern California region at NOVO, where I lead clinical teams and advocate for compassionate, high-quality care. I’m also pursuing a an M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology and actively working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), including preparing for the national certification exam.
