I am a People Business Partner with deep experience supporting Series A and high growth companies as the first HR hire. In these environments I build the infrastructure needed to scale from the ground up. I lead the design and implementation of compensation frameworks, performance management cycles, policies, compliance practices, and internal processes. As the sole People Business Partner at Opto Investments I am responsible for the full HR function. This includes employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, conflict resolution, and leadership coaching. My approach blends strategic alignment with operational execution, ensuring HR not only supports the business but also drives measurable results. Across my career I have partnered with executives and managers to navigate the challenges of growth. I have designed organizational structures and accountability frameworks and resolved sensitive employee issues with discretion and fairness. I thrive in fast moving environments where HR is expected to be both a trusted advisor and a hands-on builder.
