About Erika Munoz

I’ve worked in customer service for about 10 years. I started out collecting table rent at the jockey lot to working at a debt collection agency and achieving highest collector from July 2021 to October 2021 collecting a total of $45,454.16. While working in the food industry and retail I’ve been able to use many sales techniques to improve the quality of tips made and to achieve store sales goals. In leadership at Walgreens I kept inventory metics at 100% weeks in a row. I would maintain accurate product ordering and keep the stockroom neat and organized to prevent loss from overstock and sales loss from products not ordered. Although I’ve worked in many areas of customer service from the food industry and retail, I’m ready to transition into a more creative field. I’ve been working at an internship since September with an amazing designer named Quinay Baker who has inspired me to live my true passion while helping her get ready for Atlanta Sustainable Fashion Week. I really enjoy being able to put a good outfit together. I’ve helped many of my own friends with finding outfits for special occasions.
