I have years of experience leading clinical and administrative teams through large-scale transformations, such as EMR conversions and practice acquisitions. For the past 2 years, I have worked to build and scale an enterprise-level PMO in a high-growth, PE-backed healthcare MSO, with my most recent role being Senior Director, PMO. In this role, I have direct management over the Integration Department, working to seamlessly onboard newly acquired ophthalmology practices.
