About Erika Seda

Hi, I’m Erika! After years of being in the public sector and dealing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health insurance billing, I have transitioned my experiences into the enterprise SDR space solving pain points for corporate philanthropists surrounding volunteerism, donation matching, grant application tracking, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) compliance, and reporting. I am a hard-working, detail-oriented, dynamic team player who works meticulously to further the company goals and team mission of the organizations I work for. Active listening, collaboration, and problem-solving are all qualities I strive to exemplify in my day-to-day life. With experience across multiple verticals including health insurance, education, the public sector, labor management software, and tax software, I am a quick learner who is excited about personal and professional development. In my day-to-day, I drive revenue with many lead generation activities including execution of sales campaigns, cold-calling, prospecting, qualification calls, and researching and collaborating cross-functionally
