I'm a Project Administrator and Senior Multimedia Producer with 10+ years of experience managing digital learning initiatives and cross-functional teams to support human services providers in nonprofit, higher education, and government sectors (e.g, SAMHSA and HUD). I am skilled at guiding trainers and subject matter experts (SMEs) through media-rich course development lifecycles, facilitating collaboration with engineering teams to build custom training tools, and managing course production tasks and timelines using systems like Jira and Trello. I am meticulously detail oriented. I’m adept at tracking milestones, resolving production issues, and facilitating communication between trainers, staff, and project teams. I am customer-service oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality, learner-centered content for diverse learners and improving workflow efficiency across digital learning projects and platforms.
