With over 9 years of experience in project management, I lead global teams in developing and launching innovative labeling solutions for biotech and healthcare products. As an Operations Project Management Consultant at Roche, I coordinate with cross-functional teams, including international product managers, packaging engineers, launch managers, meter development, and quality systems analysts, to ensure timely distribution of project deliverables and alignment with business objectives. I am passionate about project management and I hold the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. I apply agile and waterfall methodologies, as well as project management tools to plan, execute, monitor, and control complex projects. I successfully submit high-quality deliverables, meeting all project requirements and milestones. I am also committed to continuous improvement and I participate in process improvement groups to develop efficient solutions for department changes. My mission is to contribute to the success of Roche and its customers by providing excellent project management and labeling expertise.
