Fully qualified, senior trauma informed Tantra Yoga and Meditation teacher and Teacher Trainer (including pre and post natal care), Spiritual Guide, Retreat Facilitator, for individuals, groups, couples, and companies. As a multi-modality Somatic Therapist I’ve been contracted as a Wellness Consultant to wellbeing companies including most recently ‘Walking on Earth’ (WONE), assisting them in setting up their wellbeing services; auditioning and hiring yoga teachers and practitioners, designing and writing monthly themes, hosting company retreats, facilitating team building activities whilst fostering authentic and compassionate relating. I’ve worked as an International Trainer for Bamford in five star hotels training spa therapists in the signature treatments and rituals that I designed, along with producing training manuals, drawing on a wide range of skills including shamanic healing, deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, acupressure/shiatsu, face and feet reflexology, Indian head massage, chi nei tsang (deep abdominal massage), tantrik massage, holistic facials and sound healing. I also helped them set up their first Haybarn boutique spa in London assisting with hiring teachers and designing the timetable and class descriptions. I am passionate about health and healing, awakening consciousness and compassion, for self and other, supporting the creation of healthy human culture. Yoga, meditation and healing have been an integral part of my life for over forty years. A spiritual seeker from a young age, wanderlust took me away from my birthplace of the UK to far distant shores for many years to learn the healing arts and to deepen my personal study of Buddhism, Vedanta, Tantra and Taoism. My husband and I have been practicing Tantra for thirty years. We have raised two beautiful, conscious, creative daughters. We facilitate workshops and retreats for singles and couples to overcome fear of intimacy. In more recent years I’ve graduated to becoming an integrative coach and mentor to individuals and couples who long to move past their conditioning to live more creative, juicy and joyful lives. I’ve recognised the importance of making space to sit with our grief, resolve our personal, collective and ancestral traumas, and face our shadows in the quest to heal into wholeness so we can enjoy our lives to the fullest. So, 3 years ago I became an Apprentice to Grief and hold Grief Ceremonies several times a year, along with other initiatory rites of passage and seasonal rituals. I also offer bi-monthly online new and full moon rituals.
