About Erika Turchi

I'm a multilingual professional working in the gaming tech industry in Japan, with experience supporting communication and collaboration between R&D teams in Japan and Europe. I’m someone who naturally enjoys connecting with people and helping things run smoothly across different cultures and teams. Over the years, I’ve been involved in a wide range of tasks — not always strictly related to my role — and I’m always happy to jump in and support where needed. I value flexibility, clear communication, and learning from others. Recently, I’ve developed a strong interest in data analysis. I’m still learning, but I truly enjoy working with data — cleaning, organizing, and trying to uncover useful insights. I love that feeling when a messy dataset starts to make sense. I’ve been using Excel and Qlik Sense to support small projects and dashboards, and I’m eager to grow in this area. People often tell me I’m approachable and empathetic, and I try my best to create a positive atmosphere wherever I work. I believe that both people and data have stories to tell — and I’d love to keep learning how to listen to both.
