With over 14 years of experience in event planning and coordination, I am a Team Travel Manager at KJ Sports Travel, a company that provides customized travel solutions for sports teams and groups. I manage the travel arrangements, logistics, and budgets for various clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. I also collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to negotiate contracts and secure the best deals and services. Prior to joining KJ Sports Travel, I was a senior events coordinator at USC Gould School of Law, where I planned and executed over 200 events annually, ranging from seminars, workshops, conferences, receptions, and alumni gatherings. I handled all aspects of event production, from conception to completion, including marketing, registration, catering, audiovisual, and onsite management. I also provided administrative support to the dean, faculty, and staff, and supervised a team of student workers. Some of the skills that I have developed and utilized throughout my career are special events coordination, event planning, administrative assistance, communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
