I am proficient in tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, EP Evaluator, and Microsoft Office Suite, among others. Throughout my career, I have led numerous impactful initiatives. At Abbott, I ensured compliance and operational excellence for clinical laboratories, resulting in successful regulatory inspections for 14 labs. At Children’s Minnesota, I spearheaded the modernizing of laboratory infrastructure, implementing 13 new test systems and negotiating significant capital savings. Additionally, my tenure at Allina Medical Laboratories saw me training over 35 staff members, leveraging data analytics to reduce waste, and conducting essential quality improvement initiatives. I have also proudly represented clients during inspections and maintained unwavering adherence to CAP, CLIA, and CMS regulations.
