Hi, I’m Erin—a people-first leader with over a decade of experience in culture-building, recruitment, and operational support. I’m deeply passionate about creating spaces—whether physical, emotional, or organizational—where people feel supported, heard, and able to thrive. I currently hold dual roles that reflect my commitment to people and purpose. At Moss Postpartum House, I manage daily operations and team culture for a one-of-a-kind care space supporting parents through the early stages of postpartum. From hiring practitioners to coordinating schedules, systems, and communication, I work to ensure the environment is grounded, kind, and collaborative. At Monument, I support the internal team with project coordination, people operations, and culture systems. I assist with onboarding, hiring, process development, and communication tools—always with an eye on alignment, clarity, and momentum. My goal is to support team members in doing great work while feeling connected to the mission and each other. Earlier in my career, I led people and culture initiatives at Crave Cupcakes across three cities, developing standardized hiring practices, training systems, and culture programs. I also supported large-scale, high-volume recruitment at AECOM, where I hired over 200 people in under three months and was trusted to train and mentor new onboarding staff.
