About Erin Bowen

I am an experienced senior policy specialist in health and public administration, with almost twenty years working at executive levels across both Commonwealth and state governments. I have provided leadership on whole of system strategic policy and integration, policy and program formulation and policy and people capability development. I have extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and consultation, developing relationships with professional and community organisations to achieve outcomes. I have been integral in delivering a number of projects for government, including significant Commonwealth/state joint projects, major health reform initiatives, operational and health system analysis and evaluation and service re-design. My career experience and expertise includes a range of corporate and organisational leadership and management roles, including at Commonwealth and state levels in Canberra, the Northern Territory and Tasmania. I have a particular interest in understanding and analysing complex system design, in order to co-design effective policy and program delivery outcomes for government and service delivery agencies.
