About Erin Brady

An experienced senior attorney and compliance expert in real estate and consumer financial services, Erin Brady serves as General Counsel to Stockton Mortgage, a growing multi-channel lender operating in 30 states. Before stepping into her current role, Brady worked in the fintech/proptech space, serving as Senior Lead Counsel for Zillow Group, which houses a portfolio of the largest real estate and home-related brands on the web and mobile. Prior to that, she served as Chief Compliance Officer to Guaranteed Rate Affinity (a joint venture between Realogy Holdings and Guaranteed Rate which provided mortgage lending services to customers at over 400 locations across the country). She also spent a number of years as Vice President and General Counsel to Century Mortgage Company d/b/a Century Lending Company, a non-bank mortgage lender operating in twenty-three states (acquired by Bay Equity, now Redfin). Brady began her career in financial services litigation where she assisted senior attorneys in defense of some of the nation’s largest banks and servicers. She is a former clerk and staff attorney to Kentucky’s highest courts. Brady has co-authored program materials for the National Business Institute (NBI) and is a recognized industry speaker on consumer finance and mortgage compliance topics. She has volunteered her time as an advisory board member for a high school pre-law program, a literary arts nonprofit, and as a chapter board member for the Kentucky ACC.
