About Erin Briles

I have worked for KDL/Windstream since 2006, starting in their rotational program. After one year, I was given the additional responsibility of lead "rotational" for training and recruiting for the program and in 2008, I was promoted to supervisor. In 2009, I was promoted to the manager of KDL's Quality Assurance department working various projects for cost savings and process improvement. In 2010, KDL was purchased by Windstream Communications and shortly after the Quality Assurance department was dissolved. I was transferred to an Engineering Support Supervisor role, providing functional Metasolv support to Windstream's transport engineering team. In 2013, the company went through a reorganization period and those responsibilities were placed with the engineering managers. I was moved into my current Senior Analyst position where I establish metrics, reports, policies and work on various projects for the engineering teams. In an second reorganization in late 2013, I was moved to a MetaSolv Engineering Support team where I retain those prior responsibilities with the addition of MetaSolv support.
