Licensed Realtor with more than 20 years of experience in the industry and hold degrees in finance and forensic accounting, which enable me to leverage my expertise in property accounting, budgeting, and reporting. In my role, I manage day-to-day activities such as Lease Administration, new Lease contracts, renewals, extensions and Amendments. Expert in Yardi and QuickBooks with posting charges, invoicing, coding, account reconciliations, vendor management, rent collection, and property inspections. Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial reports, as well as perform analysis and audits to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
