My previous business experience has trained me to be in tune with clients needs and to effectively negotiate sales contracts that benefit the client. The real estate business is not about selling houses, it is about developing relationships with people and listening to their needs so that you can help make their wants/needs become a reality. Before joining the real estate community I was a focused, results-driven professional with a progressive management career. Highly skilled at developing and executing business initiatives that drive customer satisfaction, customer growth and enhance bottom-line profits. Effective communicator and team leader with proven ability to build long-term relationships with internal and external customers and sales professionals by establishing a level of trust and confidence. Ability to understand business priorities and a fast learner. When I am not concentrating on real estate, I stay busy with my family, community and going to see live music! My husband and I have two kids who keep us busy with baseball, basketball and volleyball. I am also active in the community serving on my local HOA board and currently serve as Vice President of SMNW HS PTSA and President of SMNW HS Girls Volleyball Booster Club.
