About Erin Cienkowski

24 years in the petrochemical industry, beginning with customer service and sales positions, and then extensive pricing, contract, and other commercial term experience, eventually developing an integral commercial team supervising a price analyst, price administrator, and contract administrator. Spent one year as a secondee commuting to Houston with a newly formed joint venture (Baystar) as Transition Manager where I developed Commercial, Supply Chain, Technical Service, and other roles/functions & business processes. I returned to NOVA in 2019 to serve as Leader of Customer Service & Sales Planning - leading and developing a team of 21 across two regions. Next held role of Commercial Optimization Manager within NOVA's Sales & Marketing leadership team to drive continuous improvement across the team, optimize and enhance the digital customer experience, build the capabilities within the team, and lead various commercial excellence initiatives as part of a cross-functional business improvement program. Currently leading procurement team who source key raw materials that ensure stable & reliable operations of all production sites.
